Why should I attend?

The Values-based Leadership Program is an invaluable resource opportunity. You will discover your own gifts, strengths, and leadership style; explore leadership processes through a uniquely Anabaptist lens; and learn how to lead others in a way that inspires a shared vision and empowers them to contribute their gifts toward your organization’s objectives.

More than anything, you will develop a fresh perspective on leadership that is modeled after Jesus’ servant-leader orientation, one that leads to more fruitful and fulfilling leadership practice.
