3. Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile

The Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile is used as a learning and training tool to help gain insight into how to effectively relate to others. Understand and appreciate the styles of the people you work with, then create strategies for overcoming challenges when working with people of different DiSC® styles.

4. Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

The Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI®) is a 360-degree assessment tool by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. Based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model, the 360-degree assessment illuminates both the effectiveness of you as a leader and the level of commitment, engagement, and satisfaction of those that follow.

2. Deepen Intercultural Understanding

  • Take the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI): You will receive a link with the web site and password for the Intercultural Development Inventory. This inventory will profile where you are on the Intercultural Competency continuum.—due October 27

  • “Attend” the IDI Interview: Each participant will be connected with an IDI qualified administrator for a one-on-one feedback session during the interterm.

3. Purpose/Mission Statements—Personal and Leadership

This assignment is the green insert in Tab 1 of your notebook. You are encouraged to complete this by your last cohort phone call. Personal statements will be shared as part of the closing celebration during Session II.

4. Cohort Team Conference Calls

Conference calls will be an important connection during the interterm.  They will be facilitated by cohort leaders and will provide opportunity to share how you have put personal goals and action steps into practice. Your cohort leader will provide further information and call instructions. If possible, calls should be scheduled for the:
