The Values-based Leadership Program is a leadership training course rooted in an Anabaptist perspective. It occurs annually in a two-session format at Laurelville Mennonite Church Center, supported by a five-month inter-term during which participants explore leadership practices and theory in their own context.

Designed to support the growth and development of Christian leaders in a variety of contexts, the program caters to a diverse constituency—pastors, CEOs, non-profit executives, church agency staff, administrators and business leaders—who together form an interactive learning community.

This community is supported by the program’s sponsors, which include seven church-related ministries in addition to one private consulting firm. Resource team members representing several of these agencies are eager to interact with program participants, providing valuable feedback and encouraging their growth and development as leaders.
